Shipping Policy


Processing Time


All our orders are typically processed, hand-picked and dispatched during our standard business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed online are generally shipped within 48 to 72 hours unless peak season/unforeseen circumstances cause any delay.


Shipping Methods


Shipping costs are added to the order during checkout process, and are based on weight, product type and location. In all cases we pass on our heavily discounted rates to you, our customer. We do not operate our Shipping Department as a profit-making center.


We cannot guarantee that the shipper will deliver your package on time and we cannot be held responsible for any theft or damage that occurs while package is delivered in your absence. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the carrier. Natural Bulk Supplies does not hold responsibility for packages that are delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.


If the shipment is refused by customer, we will not issue any credit for the order. Customer will be responsible for additional shipping and handling charges for redelivery.


Damage Claims


Please inspect delivered package upon arrival. Occasionally accidents occur, transportation services can damage goods and things can happen during transit. If you order arrived damage, you must report damages or missing items to shipping carrier as well as us within 3 days of receiving the order. If you notice any damage to the shipping box, please report it directly to the carrier as each carrier sends someone to inspect the package. If you see any damage after unpacking the box, preserve all items and packaging material to contact carrier for inspection, and contact us so that we may process your claim. We cannot replace damaged items unless package has been inspected by the carrier.


Please ensure you have entered correct shipping address. We will gladly help you to reroute the package if we can, but you will be responsible for any additional shipping or address correction fees charged by transportation service.
