Products can be returned within 15 calendar days of receipt of shipment for a refund (excluding shipping charges). Return after 15 days will be issued as a store credit (excluding shipping charges). No returns will be accepted after 60 days. No returns are accepted for special order or clearance items. Applicable return shipping will be deducted from your return. The return shipping costs can vary depending on the location of the return, size and weight of the item and selected return method.
We’ll initiate your refund when we receive your item(s). Generally, refunds take 5-7 days but may take up to 2 weeks.
If an error has been made by us on a written order, we will gladly send you prepaid return labels.
All product returns require an authorization number. Please contact customer service for return authorization (RA) number. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of returned box. The product must be shipped back within 3 calendar days after return authorization has been issued.
