Shipping Policy

At Natural Bulk Supplies, our priority is getting your order to you safely, quickly, and with full transparency. Whether you're a returning customer or shopping with us for the first time, this policy will guide you through how we handle shipping, delivery, and what to do if something goes wrong. Please read through this information carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Orders placed before 1:00 PM Central Time are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on weekends will be processed on the following business day.

Our standard processing time is 1–2 business days, and this is clearly displayed at the top of our website. During peak seasons or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer. We do our best to keep our website updated with any delays. If an item in your order becomes unavailable, we will contact you to ask whether you’d like to wait, remove the item, or receive a refund.

If you place a pallet order, our fulfillment window is 24 to 48 business hours, and we will reach out to coordinate freight pickup directly.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We primarily use UPS Ground and USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE for orders within the continental U.S. For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories, we use USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order. We do not mark up shipping costs, what you see at checkout is the exact amount charged by the carrier.

Shipping Address Policy

It is very important to enter your complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order. This includes apartment numbers, unit numbers, suite information, and correct ZIP codes.

Please note: UPS will charge us to correct invalid or incomplete addresses (this includes something as small as a missing apartment number). Because we print shipping labels based on the exact information provided by you at checkout, we cannot take responsibility for address errors. If a correction fee is incurred, it will be invoiced to you.

We are also not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable locations. If a package is returned to us because of an invalid or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

If you don’t see your tracking email within 1–2 business days, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still need help, reach out to us at info@naturalbulksupplies.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, we ask that you first check:

  • With neighbors or building managers

  • Around your delivery area (doorsteps, porches, side entrances)

  • With your local post office or UPS facility

Please give it up to 14 business days before contacting us. Often, the carrier may mark a package as delivered a day or two before it actually arrives.

After that time, we will assist in investigating with the carrier. If your address was correct and the package is truly lost, we’ll help determine next steps. However, Natural Bulk Supplies is not responsible for stolen packages if delivery was confirmed by the carrier. For repeat incidents, we may require signature confirmation for future orders.

Missing Items

We carefully check and weigh all packages before shipping, but in rare cases, items may be missed. If you believe something is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

We will verify the package weight and scan history to confirm. If a product was truly missing, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund , but we must receive your claim within the time window. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee replacement due to claim limitations with shipping carriers

Damaged Items in Shipment

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@naturalbulksupplies.com within 3 DAYS of delivery. Include:

  • Photos of the outer shipping box

  • Photos of the shipping label

  • Photos of the damaged product(s)

  • A brief description of what happened

Please keep all packaging and do not discard damaged items. This information is required by carriers to approve a damage claim. If the damage is confirmed, we will replace the affected items at no charge and file the claim on our end.

We cannot offer replacements or refunds for damage claims submitted after the 3 days window has passed.

Pallet Shipments

If your order is shipped on a pallet, it is critical that you inspect your delivery while the driver is still present.

Count your items, check for damage, and ensure the driver notes any problems on the delivery receipt before they leave. If issues are not documented at the time of delivery, the freight company will deny all claims, and we will not be able to offer replacements.

Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns on most raw materials, oils, butters, or fragrance products due to the nature of our inventory.However, if you receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged, please contact us immmediately with the picture of the items in the order and the packing slip.
