Return Policy
We take pride in shipping quality raw ingredients, oils, and fragrance materials with care. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final , but if something goes wrong, here’s what you need to know:
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges once your order has shipped. This includes fragrance oils, butters, waxes, clays, preservatives, emulsifiers, and any cosmetic ingredient — whether opened or unopened.
Due to the safety and hygiene requirements of raw material handling, we cannot restock or resell any product that leaves our facility.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours — as long as it hasn’t shipped yet.
Please note: All cancellations are subject to a 3.5% transaction fee. This fee covers non-refundable payment processing charges incurred on our end.
If your order has already shipped or been packed, it cannot be canceled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong item, we’ll make it right — but you must report it within 3 days of delivery.
Here’s what we need:

Photos of the outer shipping box

Photos of the packing slip

Your order number
Send everything to info@naturalbulksupplies.com within 3 days of receiving your package. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
We compare reports with carrier data and shipping weight to verify each claim. If confirmed, we’ll replace or refund the affected items.
Other Situations We Cannot Accept Claims For

Items ordered incorrectly by the customer

Packages marked “delivered” but later stolen

Lack of photos or delayed reporting (past 3 days)
